Our decision-making process has many flaws. It’s what makes us human. However, that’s not the story I’ll tell you today. The problem is on the other side of medallion. Organisations, people who design and build solutions, product managers, marketers (hey guys), and designers totally IGNORE this fact.

Oftentimes, we tend to take a forward approach to problem-solving. We need to get something done, so we plan out the steps to follow that will get us to our desired result.
